Very amiable staff

Savoury, generous breakfast with good coffee and pastries. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, minute walk from Sant'Atanasio. Thoroughly enjoyed this place

Location optimal, very clean, quiet friendly staff

Great location in a quiet side street, very central and delicious breakfast.

Frequently fire alarm (smoke detector), small bathroom (toilet half under the sink), sink has dripped, mold in the shower, air conditioning could not be completely independently regulated.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room had a safe box and multi-channel television. The location is fantastic, near many tourist attractions like Via Del Corso, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza del Popolo. 

The breakfast is very good more than just an Italian breakfast. Hotel staff friendly. Location is top ideal for a city break.

They serve a great breakfast here, with yummy fruit and freshly baked pastries to enjoy 🥐.

Convenient location, close to luxury shops. Clean rooms with pleasant scent. Comfortable bed. Friendly and attentive staff. Adequate breakfast options.

Very good and quiet location. Design outside the rooms very attractive. Very clean. Breakfast in the Italian comparison very neat.

Rooms, in our case Superior doubles were disappointing in relation to the rest of the house (design). However facilities good, but quite small. Therefore, price-performance ratio rather negative. The venue is very noisy, especially towards the hallway, which disturbs the night's sleep considerably.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street just a short walk away from all the fabulous tourist attractions this city has to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our

Rooms are already a little old, could use some touch ups TV stations list No Wifi in room (its almost 2012!!) Poor coffee (capucinno) - its Italy, so... wasn't aware that Wifi in lobby is free (need to ask for password) small TV No free water

We loved the helpful and friendly hotel staff. The hotel had a classy and artistic atmosphere. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with delicious organic yoghurt, lovely 

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Art By The Spanish Steps. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the famous Piazza Di Spagna. I was thrilled to discover that the hotel is situated on via Margutta, a street known for its history with 

The lobby is very nice as well as the breakfast service.

The modern design of the room looked clean online, but the fixtures in the bathroom were either not working properly and were extremely aged. The bathroom needed to be repaired. The green paint was too much to look at. I couldn't wait to leave.
